Shipping FAQ
Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
We ship to most major countries.
We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking if your order amount is over US$40.00 (orders that do not meet the US$40.00 total are still shipped with tracking). No sales tax - we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.
Orders under US$40.00 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95, also with tracking.
'Priority Processing' means we make your order our priority. This means we process and ship your order out first. We do not offer express shipping.
For Non-US Customers: Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
During COVID-19, please be patient if you make an order from our store. Please add 2-4 weeks on top of our normal delivery times.
We cannot guarantee that you will receive it in time for an event such as a birthday. Delivery of goods around the world are heavily disrupted due to fewer workers in all steps of the supply chain - including at your local postal service.
We will not be offering refunds on orders if they have not arrived in time for an event.

United States: 12 - 24+ days
International:
United Kingdom: 10 - 16 days
Canada: 25 - 45+ days
Australia: 12 - 18 days
Europe: 12 - 20 days
Latin America: 20 - 30 days
Other countries: 14 - 30 days
Processing Times
Orders take 2-3 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you will receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for any stolen packages or failure to receive the package by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If lost or the package was returned to us, we will send you a replacement.
PeePeePlush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
